They will not call back!!!

Okay, I know my approval letter was mailed but Dr. Duncan's office will not call and let me know they received it yet!!?!!?!! All I get is Joyce's voice mail, even though I call after 12 noon and she says she will not return the call until the next day, she still has not called!!! I'm on the 3rd next day!

Maybe Joyce is on Vacation or something, Can you call a different number or extension and ask someone?????? Keep a positive attitude, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!!!! Godspeed & Good Luck, Carrie

I find that if I call them first thing in the morning about 9:00am that she will answer. Good Luck. Tonya

Oh and Joyce is off on Friday. Both of the Jennifers and very nice.
