Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPEAL APPEAL APPEAL!!!! If there's anything I've learned through all of this it's that insurance companies LOOSE alot of paper work! :ohoh: so stay on top of every provider that you are working with and be specific... get copies of things yourself too!!! Keep calling and don't get discouraged!!!!! It was SO tempting many times to get discouraged and I wouldn't let myself do it. I simply kept myself busy with daily "to do " lists and kept on plowing forward.
