Thanks for the info, I was looking for chewable B complex. All I found was Spring Valley Liquid at Wal-Mart for $5.97. Be careful when choosing the Viactiv and Tums. They contain calcium carbonate which is not absorbed very well as post-ops. Calcium citrate is best absorbed and recommended. Patti
