The Short and not so Skinny of it all

Hey Everyone, My friend Skip told me and my partner about this site. My partner had surgery about a week ago. She was at 385 when before surgery. Her doctor was Dr Hart. He is also my surgeon! Nice guy! I am pretty nervous about the whole approval process. I have blue cross blue shield PPO of Ga through the Columbus office. Can any offer any advice about this coverage plan? I have all the paperwork that Dr. Hart's staff said that I have needed. Now it is just a waiting process. Anyideas or encouragement? Saliena

Saliena, Most of us on here has BCBS and it customerily takes about 2 weeks to hear something. I called everyday for the first week to verify that they received the paperwork. If you doctor calls and checks up, usually they can find out information sooner. Keep your head up and it will be no time before you find out.
