repost calcium... HELP

Ok yall, i need some inexpensive calcium.... i know it needs to be citrate.... the highest i can find is 315 mg. that means to get 1000-1200 i would need 4 and on the 200 mg. i would need 6... which do i get or can i find a higer mg. in the citrate?? I dont want to spend a fortune.... i havent found b 12 sublingual either... where do i find it??? i am trying not to go to gnc or vitamin store... i am looking for inexpensive... HELP

Hi There, Where else but Wal-mart....I found my B-12 there $5.00. I also found chewable Caltrate 600 Plus/Calcium (I hope this is what I should be taking, I take two of them. I had found Citrate at GNC, however they were huge and I had to chop them up, ick, wasn't any fun. God Bless You. Molly

Hey Kiwi, You know I work at Wal-Mart so I must put in my plug for them... I got all my necessities from wal-Mart. Citracal-150coated tablets 500mg a peice(2 a day), maybe was $6.00... then B-12 sublingual by Rexall- maybe $3.50 (1 a day).... Then my Equate brand Multi-Vitamin and Iron pill, not expensive at all, Check it out!!!!!!!!!!!! Best wishes, Carrie
