I went today for 2 week checkup (Yeah, I know its early but I do not pay a penny for aftercare) and he said the low bloodsugar, nausea and dizziness is probably coming from the protien. He cleared me for soft foods. besides tuna and cheese.. what other soft foods can i eat with tons of protien? I had a cracker and peanut butter and it made me a little nauseas, but not too bad. I can handle it though.. Thanks!

I don't know about you but I would consider baked beans a soft food. Also, have you checked yogurts? Good luck! Karel

You should have a book from DR. Champion with all the best foods listed. Did you get one?
