What Does It Mean?

I have BCBSGA PPO. Today I called my doctors office and they said that BCBSGA PPO has requested a management or medical review.

It sounds like you have to go through the prescribed tests on sleep study, psych eval, weight loss history. Your surgeon should be able to help you with this.
