Hey, Shon. I do not have Aetna, infact I left a job and took a pay cut to avoid Aetna insurance. I heard that they were trouble. My new job has Aetna and Blue Cross. I pay much more for Blue Cross,but I knew what I was up against with Aetna. Good Luck on your appeal. Trust in God and everything will work out. Serita

Shon, GO to Aetna's website and look up th Coverage bulletins. You want #0157. Follow this and you will get approved. Once I completed the requirements it took between 2-3 weeks for approval. Good Luck. I will be happy to send you the personal letter I included with my package. cathy
