Doctor Consult completed

I have completed my initial doctor consult, full description on my profile in case anyone would like to read about it. I posted in detail since it helped me before I went. Anyway, one more letter to get and everything will be off to the insurance company. I hope to get the psy. evaluation letter next week. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
