just being anxious.....

Okay so my packet was submitted to BCBS HMO yesterday... I called today like Dr. Duncan's office said.. I asked to speak to the Utilization department... Pam at BCBS said... NOPE.... you cannot speak to them,.,., only if you are a doc office.. so of course nothing was on the computer that they had received my info.... so do I wait till tomorrow and call back... or do I just hang out and it will be okay.... I know I am being anxious... but I have waited a long time for this.... AArRGH!!!!! Just need some re-assurance that it will be okay.... Connie

ok just to give you a idea of what i went thru ...Duncans office said they faxed it over like on a friday ...And i have BCBS Hmo and i think it toke BCBS like 7 days to get it logged into the computer .....Just saying they received it ...now once they had it i had a answer in like a day or two ...But i would wait until friday or monday and call and see .....But they have to recoed it in 7 days if they dont have it by then , then make duncans office re fax it but i am sure it got there ...and all is well and in a week or so you will have a date ..!!!! Thanks for the info... That makes me feel better knowing that after they finnally logged it in it was only a matter of days before you had your approval. Maybe (I hope and pray) it will go that smoothly for me! Thanks again for the encouragement! Connie
