APPRPVED OR NOT YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK

Ok Ya'll couldnt get thru to utilization manager today cause i started calling too late.... I called bcbs customer service and talked to someone, do this at least once or twice a day... today denise said that " as of today it has been sent to internal review for sign off... she says it doensnt say approved but that it sounded like it to her.... can i get excited or is it too soon????? happen to any of you???? TELL ME WHAT THHIS MEANS PLEASE kiwani kiwani

PLease dont get excited.. it could mean signed off as a denial.. I hope its approval but please try not to get your hopes up.

Kay, im not jumping up and down yet I just know that when they denied me, they denied me... they said get phych clearance and you wont have a problem, I got it, sent it... today it is gone for internal sign off.... they didnt do that before.... thanks i will lety yall know more tomorrow aftenoon if i know any thing kiwani
