Hello everyone, just want to share an experience I had on yesterday with some barbeque sauce that stated on the package 2gms of sugar and 0 carbs. I don't know what was in it....but let me tell you it made me DUMP. That was the worst feeling in the world. I was very very hot, I felt clammy and was all over the place. I had the air on 50 in my home, and I laid in front of the freezer with the door open my kids were wearing coats around the house. Mrs~Jackson

Mrs.Jackson~ Hope you get to feeling better soon. Dumping sure aint no fun but its a great learning tool. Once I dump on something I NEVER touch it again. Thats why I'm almost 2 years out and still DO NOT go any where near sugar. I also dump on high carbs and greasy stuff. YUCK!!! Take care!! Sidney

Mrs. Jackson 1st I want to know if you are the lady that I met in dr burrowes office about 2 weeks before your surgery. The lady that I met had on like surgical or nurses clothes and said she was having surgery on the 25th also. Was that you. and 2nd Im very sorry that you had this experience but maybe it was for the best, now before you get mad at me this is a feeling that you will remember to keep you off sugars, right? Well im not looking forward to being sick but i cant wait until my 1st dump. Sounds stupid,HUH? Well I wish i was allergic to sugar and maybe that will be just the thing to keep it out of my diet. Well that and greasy foods. Maybe you think Ill regret those words when I do dump and I probably will but it will teach me a lesson I cant wait to learn.
