Update on NAT!

I spoke with Nat this morning. She sounds real tired. She said that she has a stricture in her OLD stomach so she will have to under go surgery to have it opened up. I think they are going to take her in today. Keep her in your prayers. Tonya

Tonya, thanks for the update. I'm glad they finally figured out what was going on. I guess I'm confused....I thought that once they did the operation, the old stomach wasn't used at all anymore. How does a stricture develop or affect it? Thanks! Kelle

The old stomach is still used for stomach bile. It is routed into the intestines.
