SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

I would like to know about any support group meetings in the Atlanta area that will be this coming week. I live in Athens, GA, but I will drive to where ever I need to. I have not attended any support group meetings and I want to start going to meet other people who have had surgery or who are like myself waiting to be approved for surgery. Thank you for your help. Tomorrow we have an open group meeting with the patients of Dr Appel and Steinberg. ANYONE is welcome! We even have a patient that comes from Dr Burrows. It is for both pre-and post-ops. It is at Northlake Medical Center right off of highway 29 off of 285. It starts at 7:30 PM and goes until 9. We are the only group in the area who has a psychologist running our group. If you go to yahoo groups, look up appel or steinberg and you will find the group...OWLS...there is a calendar which will give you the information and you can look up the exact address on mapquest for directions more specific to you.
