OMG! It's done, it's on it's way! Everything got faxed to my insurance company today! April, from Dr. Appel's office, said my insurance carrier usually responds in about a week. Now I am a nervous wreck! I am so worried that I will be denied. I know I should be positive, but everything is going so, no, TOO smoothly. Patti
