Psych evaluation.
Hey guys I did it. The Doc. said I was a great candidate for surgery 
The 1st tuesday in June I go to the nutritionist. I'm sending my Doc. the sheet for him to do the medical necessity stuff and I already have a thyroid panel. YEAH 
. Guys I hope nothing stops me. I know it won't be all smooth but let me at least get this paper work and test stuff out the way. If it's going to be a problem let it be something like they give me one date for surgery and then change it. DON'T STOP ME NOW I'M ON A ROLL I'm ready, I'm ready , I'm ready-ready-ready!
You guys who have kids know I got that from Spongebob, or maybe you don't. But that really doesn't say much for me...I don't have any kids, I just am a kid
