help with re-do

Does anyone know of a surgeon that will do a re-do? I really want the duodenal switch or BPD surgery. I had the old intestinal bypass in 1978 then i was told to reverse it due to all the problems they were having. Now my health is bad and I need this surgery. I have medicaid q&b and medicare a&b. Please help!
