who do i get to write letter

who do i need a leeter from the surg. or my family dr.. what do i need it to say ?

Aimee, hello! Are you talking about in order to get the ins comp to begin approving for surgery? Usually with most ins comp they want your primary doc to refer you and then get a letter of medical necessity from them and the surgeon would be your best bet! Good luck with it!
