getting excited

I'm getting so excited that my time Is getting closer every day. I go one week from today to see Dr. Burrowes before my surgery.....then the count down begins.....I've been counting "steps" starting with getting approval and then into the testing phase..... Pray for me guys. I need all the love I can get....and I want to ask if someone will be willing to post for everyone after my surgery till I get home?? Thanks! Diana!

Diana, I'm more than willing to post for you! I'm not sure when your surgery is, I don't have a date yet but mine should be in mid-June. As long as I'm not in the hospital at the same time I'd love to help out! Kelle

Thanks Kelle.....I'm having it at Atlanta Medical Center on May 24th. If you need someon to post for you I will be happy to return the favor! Good luck tomorrow with your pre-ops......the barium is hard to take - but it'll be worth it in the end

Hi there...I know how you feel..I am using Dr. burrows also. My first appt was last year in june. It took 3 months to get it. The reason it has taken so long is I have a one year pre-existing clause. I called bcbs today and they have recieved my info. Now is the waiting game... I hope I have everything they need. I have the phy eval. nut. eval. blood work, pcp letter. with the diet history. Lets cross our fingers. The only hospit. Dr. burrows works out of is Atlanta med. right? Have you heard good things? Lets keep in touch,,,I really want to get to know some of my georgia losers.... good luck

Diana, I'm having my surgery on the 24th as well at Northside with Dr. Hart. I wish you the best. Our day is almost here. It seems like it took forever since my 1st appointment on March 8th but the time has really passed quickly. Take care!
