I found out today that my insurance company (Cigna HMO) is behind in their national appeals unit and that my packet is being sent over to Intracorp tomorrow for review. (It has been at Cigna since 3/31) I should have an answer within a few days. Will you please stop right now and say a prayer for approval for me? thankyou!
