My name is Pam and I also went to Dr. Duncan. Had my surgery on 3/29/04 and used Dr. Jennifer Kelly for my Physch Eval. She was very nice and works closely with Dr. Duncan. Because I am insured with BC/BS she was on my insurance and they paid for my visit.
