How did they notify you had been approved?

My doctors office called me, and gave me the news at 7:30 pm, and when I called Cigna the next day to confirm they didn't have any info. I called my surgeons office to see if they had heard anything. And they had!! That was the best Friday the 13th I'd ever had, hearing I was approved. I got my letter about 3 days later. Sidney

I did join the squeaky wheels group.... I called Cigna yesterday and it is "still in review"... I'm SO tired of hearing that ! Maybe I should call Dr. Duncan's office to check on it...?
