Joe, It was wonderfull to read your profile and i am so glad to hear it all went so smooth... Hope you are still doing great... I did hate to hear that you had to go back to the wellness center lol i gave those directions away because i thought i was done , guess i will get them back and get a copy of them lol ... Hey Joe, Sounds like everything went just grand! I know God's hand is upon you. Hey, how do you feel different, feeling fuller when you drink? or thinking about when you need to drink next, can you feel your stomach being fuller with just the small amount of liquid? Just wondering!!!! I think it's good your not gonna weigh and be fixed on it, I'll do the same thing, sometimes when I weigh everyday I get more discourage if I haven't made any progress~!!!
