New here....

I am new here (as of today) and I was wondering if there is anyone from the Athens, Ga. area who has had WLS? I am tring to find a doctor, get as much info as I can and I have questions that I ahve not been able to find answers for.

Hey Allison, I'm surprised you didn't try to get in to see Dr. Procter there in Gainesville. He's a very good surgeon also. Just a thought. Let me know how things are going for you. Dr. Duncan is a hard guy to get into for surgery. It's a little bit of a wait. I've been to him and Dr. Burrowes. They are both very busy men.

Hi Alli, My doctor is Dr. Richards here in Gainesville. That's not to far for you. He and Dr. Proctor are with Obesity Solutions here in Gainesville and everything is done here at NE Ga Hospital at the Lanier Campus. Check it out, they have a great program and both have a Great Track record. If I can help with anything let me Know!!!! Carrie
