Question: What was the deciding factor for you in choosing a surgeon?

For me it was reputaiont/word of mouth # of surgery's and I figured Emory didn't ask hime to be the chief of the bariatric unit for nothing!! Also he does more than this surgery so he is well informed just in case there is anything that he may see he will be knowledgable and ready. He makes me feel secure. I love the attention he gives me when I am in the office with him which I want to add was only 2 times. But that was enough for me. NAT did you get my email I sent you

FOR ME I HAD TO AND WANTED TO FEEL RELAXED IT FELT LIKE WE HAD KNOW EACH OTHER FOR YEARS IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER I WOULD PICK DR. DUCAN AGAIN KHAALIDA

For me it had to do with limited choices for the folks with the higher BMIs, there just aren't that many surgeons who are willing to operate on people who are over a certain weight, so that narrow my choices down considerably! Kelle
