bcbs needs more info!

They said they need more info regarding my diet history. It was sent to them.. They don't require supervised diets, so why would they even care? I am so sad right now. I want this to be over with! Is it good news that I wasn't denied?

I have bcbs of ILL ppo. A lot of people have been having trouble with them. I think they are trying to weed out the serious surgery people VS the take-it-or-leave-it people. Stay on them. Provide whatever they want. When you talk to people on the phone get names. Seems like different people tell different stories. Good Luck!!
