I can't believe it. BCBS GA HMO received the documentation from Dr. Duncan's office on 4/9 and I was approved today...2 business days! It really helps having a physician's staff that knows what they are doing and what is necessary for approval. Once the Dr. receives the approval letter from BCBS, I will get a surgery date. I hope to have a date within the next week.
