Can I take a bath????

I know i can shower, I had surgery on monday. But I really want a hot bath? Does anyone know if I can have one?

My surgeon said no baths for 10 days. I only had sterri strips, no external stitches and no staples so I thought maybe they were afraid of the clotting being washed away and the lap wounds starting to bleed. You need to call your doctor and find out when he says you can do a bath. Getting up out of that tub might not be fun right now anyway. Good luck with your wls journey.
