Plastic Surgery

I was wondering if anyone in the SAV area has used the surgeons there for a weight loss tummy tuck? I know the Atlanta Drs see big tummys all the time due to the # of RNYs done in the area. Should I drive 4 hours and worry about all the follow-ups like drains, possible infections or other problems? I know Dr. Dascombe in SAV is popular. I just wonder how many massive skin cuttins' those sav boys have done? I hate to pay for several consultations, go through the embarrassment of naked pictures and then be disappointed with the Dr. I've still got a great deal of weight to lose. Just checking--Any help?
