Will they call?

I called Dr Duncan's office last week to see if they have now received everything they should have to submit my package to insurance. I had to leave a message and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. The answering machine I left a message on said to only leave one message, but now it has almost been a week. Will they call me when my package is ready for insurance? Will they pull my file from my call? Will they periodically check my file?

I left a message as well, asking that they please call me back and let me know that they did, in fact, receive all of my paperwork and that it would be submitted.... I never heard back, so I called again a few days later and they had sent everything to insurance. So, in this case, I would say wait a few days and check back. On every other instance though, I have received a call back-- just maybe not in 'my' exact time Good luck!!

Check with the insurance company.. if you don't want to call back to Duncan's office.

I'm gonna borrow Joe's post for Joyce's email and contact her that way and see if I get a response. If not, I'll call back again.

I got a response this morning from Joyce via email. My PCP still hasn't sent my letter of medical necessity/failed diets:-0 this should have been done months ago!!! so now I have to call them again
