How do you add pretty graphics to the profiles?

sitegadgets.com is a site that offers lots of FREE gadgets (such as counters, etc) for sprucing up sites. I'm sure there are many others, but this one is a good one to start with. Plus it's FREE and easy to use for those like me who are somewhat IT-challenged!
