My ins. UHC

I called on 12-15-03 and they don't have any thing from the dr. so I called the office and was told that it was sent and then faxed in. SO i asked if she could call it in and was told that they don't do that but would fax it in again. I hope it will not be to long befor I know something soon. Thank's Sarah

If you are calling customer service then they are not going to know... The secret is to call care coordination. It took me a week to finally find out this information. I hope this helps. I was aproved within 3 weeks. Marsha
