No WLS coverage- Cigna 2004
Holy!!! Holy!!! I saw this...then starting reading...and almost had an anxiety attack 
until I got to the bottom post! I have had BCBS HMO but my insurance changes to CIGNA HMO with my partner's employer in Jan 2004. I talked to Dr. Duncan's office and was told there would be no problems. So I submit my package under Cigna Hmo Jan 2004, and hopefully things will go smoothly!
