bluechoice state benefit plan Ga HELP!

I just changed to this HMO so that I can get the surgery. Now I hear they are chancing criteria as of nov 1st and it will be much harder. any information or any name of a person I could talk to at bluechoice would be helpful. I am 41 yrs old w/ a BMI of 57. I don't want to wait much longer. Please help. thanks kate
