Psych Eval?
I used Gary Santavicca, Ph.D. He was great.
I know that Dr. Ritz (I think his first name is Stephen) also does them. He conducts the support groups at DeKalb Medical.

Starting size: 18W-20; Present size: 0 or 2; 5'5-1/2" tall.
Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
Goal weight reached on 8/12/2010; As of 1/13/2013, 21 pounds below goal
Great news! He does alot of evaluations of that type. I think you will enjoy spending that time with him. Let us know how things turn out.

ok... I went to him too.... I needed the sign off...but ladies... he is a complete Wackadoodle.....
I have been in therapy for years with a real therapist and have exp with Psychiatrists thru family members...trust me I know a wackadoodle and he is one..just get him to sign off and run
