I like the Syntrax Nectars.  Lemon Tea and Latte Cappuccino.  I also like the Fuzzy Navel.  Will protein help with the blood transfusion issues?  These are Whey Isolates.

Are you taking an iron supplement?  I use the Bariatric Advantage Iron.  I believe Vitalady has a special kind of iron supplement - I think it is Ferritin(?).

I am relatively new at this so all I can suggest is that you consider my surgeons advise to add Powdered Low Fat Milk whenever possible to your shakes or other drinks such as low calorie Hot Chocolate Drinks. I also had the Sleeve so you are probably facing different issues with your RNY.

I like premier...you can get them at Costco or order it on line.  It comes in vanilla and Chocolate.  160 calories and 30 grams of protein.  Comes pre-made and is small which I like.

It is the only one I have tried that doesn't give me gas and it tastes really good.

I like to make unsweetened lemonade, 2 quarts to have on hand, pour a water bottle full with a scoop of unflavored GNC  whey protein with a packet of truvia sweetener.

I have fallen in "like" with the Jay Robb powders available at Kroger and Vitamin Shoppe.  Pricey but very good.

Whatever you decide to buy, make sure the first ingredient is WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE.  This is the best quality for post wls.
