I am under 120 lbs. How is this possible?

Well I now weigh 119.4 and am in total shock.  I have not been under 120 since 1957 at the age of 6.  How is this possible?  Needless to say, I am still trying to maintain (and not lose any more weight) but I am so happy that I made it to this point.  Honestly though, the weight loss needs to stop as I can find no sizes smaller than a 0.

It is not been without bumps in the road but I can truly say that the last 21 months (since I first decided to have surgery until now) has been one of the most exciting and challenging times of my life.  I am truly happy an grateful.  I thank each of you for your support.

To GOD be the GLORY!!!

Hello Linda and thank you.  I will need to figure out how to get some additional calories as I train for the race. To do that and not lose weight is going to be a challenge. Have you done anything to get started?  Less than 30 months away!

Celeste, I can tell you that as some point some of the calorie malabsorption will slow down.  I'm a little further out than you and I had to make some changes and drop some of the carbs I had picked up along the way to maintain my loss and not gain.

I did a fast walk Monday night of 2.5 miles, but that has been it for this week.  We are giving my Mom a surprise 80th birthday party this weekend so I've been trying to get caught up and a little ahead at work so I can be off Friday.  I've got to start hitting it hard next week and come up with a plan!!

Wow Celeste!  I can't even imagine being that small!!!  It must feel great though to be under 120 although it seems like you should definitely put on the breaks.  Less than a size 0? Geeze!  What a problem to have right!  But seriously, I know how frustrating building a whole new wardrobe is...especially when your size keeps changing.

Take care of yourself and I admire the way you are handling the challenges you are going through with such grace while still being so supportive of everyone else.

I am baking a pan of brownies and shipping them right over.

Time to stop losing girlfriend!  PERIOD!

Less than 120 is getting a little on the too low side, though it's your body and a personal choice. Just my opinion. Take it or leave it.

Maybe consider upping your protein shakes for the day if you can't get enough solid food to get your calorie intake in.

What does the doctor think?
