congrats... i'm in process of gettin all my paper work together to summit to insurance company and yes Dr. Freeman  alone with staff is great............. has my appoint set up to meet with dieticitian, and friday i start my diet excrise plan for 6 months with dr.... medical records are got and mailed in.... so i'd say i'm on right road.... good luck with surgery and please keep me in form may i add you as a friend.. since your having it in al. and we know Dr. Freeman... thanks...
