(Xpost) One year ago today...
I started the most amazing journey of my life.
This was the day I began my preop diet. I just posted a "before/after" photo on my profile. I can't get the photos to show up in my posts here for some reason. It may be my browser.
I've lost 119 lbs. My life has changed so dramatically for the better. I am very proud of myself for taking control and regaining health and self-esteem. I'm forever grateful for my RNY.
