As promised

Okay LaShelle. I promised that I would post before and after photos when I reached my personal goal weight.
I don't have any sexy swim suit photos like you

As I couldn't seem to get the photos to paste on the message board, I just up loaded them to my photos on my profile. Before is in June of '09 the after  is last week on the cruise, about 10 months after WLS.

I did have one wow moment today when my daughter saw a personal photo that my hubby took of me in my swim suit on the cruise. She said "Wow Mom, look at your legs!" I'm thinking she is about to make fun of all the wrinkled skin, but she continued, "Look at all those muscles! Your legs are more muscular than mine!" She is 19. Whoo Hoo!
