Yeah I've tried repeatedly but something about the security settings in my browser, won't allow me to copy pics into posts. I'll have to dig deeper.

I need to make time to attend the meet n' greets again. Most are far from my neck of the woods (west cobb) but that's no excuse. I will definitely do it soon!!

And thanks for the nice comments. I am feeling absolutely incredible. SO very glad I did this! :)

One is Destin and the other is Fort Walton... You know I can't stay put long before the travel bug starts to bit me.
I'm off to Houston next month and to Orlando in November to hug Mickey and Minnie :-)

I guess I have been absent for sometime, ever since surgery anyway.  I am down 34 pounds and seem to be on a stall....although I think I am breaking through.  I haven't had any complications, seem to be able to keep food down, however I am quickly learning what food my pouch likes and what it won't allow me to swallow.  I go back to work tomorrow and I am so ready!!!!  I think getting back to a routine or should I say back to work and learning a new routine, will help me deal with all of this a little better.  I have had such good friends and family to support me.  This was definitely the best thing I could have done!

Congratulations on your surgery and welcome to the Macik Menagerie! I had about 10 days after surgery before I went back to work. (I'm a teacher) and everything went fine. I was a little tired, but everyone, even the students knew I had major surgery and were very supportive. Students even reminded me to drink my water and take my vitamins!

Wow, 34 pounds in 3 weeks. That's awesome. I would say it's about time for a stall or you'll disapear!

Don't stress abaout the stall, it'll pick back up soon.  It's pretty much impossible for you NOT to loose. You'll be at goal before you know it, and will look back and laugh at how stressed you were about not losing enough.

LaShelle, you look great!!  Congrats.

I've just been hanging out.  I read the Georgia board to keep up with everyone.  I have a few to go to my surgeon's goal and then I want to go about 15 below that just to have some room for the bounceback. if it happens.

Hey Linda. Sounds like you're doing great.  Those last 10-15 pounds can be a booger, but you'll get there.

So good to hear from you.  Post more often :-)
