SHBP 2011 HRA Questions

You need to have the $4075 in your flex spending account.  You will pay full price for all covered medical costs to the deductible ($2750) and then you pay 15% of all covered medical costs up to the out of pocket maximum ($4075).  At that point, any covered procedures, appointments, presciptions are covered at 100%.
