Researching Ga Plastic surgeons

Anyone have a plastic surgeon in or around Atlanta, that you love and has experience with WLS patients? 2 years post-op and starting research - so input would be appreciated.

The one that I have met is Dr. Lincenberg. He practices in North Atlanta (somewhere in the St. Joseph's, Northside, Perimeter area) and has alot of experience with WL patience. He came to one of our support group meetings last month. I can't remember his first name but just google Dr. Lincenberg--plastic surgeon and his information will come up.

There are others--Joseph Wood, M.D., and Lisa Bootstaylor, M.D., are others that work with hanging skin due to massive weight loss.

Starting size: 18W-20; Present size: 0 or 2; 5'5-1/2" tall.
Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
Goal weight reached on 8/12/2010; As of 1/13/2013, 21 pounds below goal

I'm starting with my thighs. That's my worse area. Dr. Lincenberg said he could possible take off 20 or more pounds just from my thighs . I'm still working with insurance to get part of my lower body lift covered.

WOW! Good luck! With my insurance I am going to have to self pay everything. My arms bother me the most so I hope to start there.

Can you let me know how the surgery goes..I am just out but I carry my weight in my thighs and I want to be prepared when the time comes!
