Thank you Darlene for updating everyne.  You wer my angel!  I am still in the hospital and have not regretted it once.  I wish I were allowed to drik something but maybe after my test.  My throat is extremely parched!  the dilaudid gives me dry cotton mouth so I'm not even producing my own saliva.  It's not fun, but it will be over son enoug!

Very good to hear that you are doing good.  You should be allowed to start sipping after your leak test, Just a heads up the stuff you have to swallow is NASTY! worse than the barium.

Have you gotten Danielle or Sabrina for your nurses? They are a couple of awesome nurses!

I am still doing well. Doc says 2:00 tomorrow for going home.  That sounds good to me!  The gas is the worst part......I can feel it in my shoulders and back.  Burping has never felt so good.  the pain meds help take the edge off so that I can work it out.  They also make it take a really long time to post a message.......I keep wanting to doze off in the middle.  OK..TAKING A NAP NOW.
