"I feel good"

Down to 244 from 290 (my heaviest was 315) ...

I can actually look down and see my.. well, you know - my toes. What were you all thinking???

So I have a Bi-Pap/C-Pap that I sleep with ... I've been taking it off during the middle of the night and sleep great. My wife says I still snore a little, but not as much. So when can I get rid of that machine? If I see my pulmonolgist, can he tell me I don't need it anymore or is it something that I need to gauge myself?

Thanks!

I wouldn't stop anything that a doctor hasn't said you can.  Who knows they may want to do a sleep study to see if you can physically tolerate not having it.

Glad you are doing well and congratulations on your weight loss.  As to the CPAP issue, you need to continue to use it until you meet with the pulmonologist.  Mine told me that he would do another sleep study after I lost 75 lbs.

I have an appointment later this week so hopefully we will schedule it at that time.

They will want to do a sleep study.  They also may want to wait until you are a little closer to your goal weight (assuming you aren't there yet).
