One Year Anniversary-XP
One year ago I was getting ready for surgery at this time. It has been the best thing I have ever done in my life(Other than DH & kids).
In one year I have had so many accomplishments and feel so much better. Diabetes gone no more medicine. CPAP gone. Hopefully after weight loss stops I can get rid of the cholesterol meds. 100 pounds lost. I feel better than I have in years. I have more energy to play with my granddaughters. I can go outside without feeling like I am dying from the heat.
Now I am getting the dreaded "you've lost enough" from almost everyone and I still have 20-25 to get to my personal goal and be a normal weight.
I really need to get back on the exercise wagon. I do have some skin issues, but they are covered with my clothes and I'll probably just live with it since I'm almost 56.
My one year surgeon's appointment in Thursday afternoon. I can't wait to see how my labs are.

Thanks, Linda. I can't really believe this is happening. I have never been a single digit anything. Can't believe that my dress size is 2-1/2 sizes smaller than my new ring size. Go figure. What a blessing for all who have dared to take that step!
