A number of years ago my PCP told me that B-12 could not be absorbed from my stomach--that I needed to take injections which I have done for years. I give them to myself. This was before my RNY. Now a days I hear people talking about pills. Do you think they are absorbed as well as injections? Just wondering what you think.
I have, at times, used the kind that you put under your tongue, but still do the injections, too.
