I believe I have read that Dr. Steinberg accepts patients from other surgeons. His office is at DeKalb Medical Center, about a 30 minute ride in light traffic.
You might also want to check Robert Richard, M.D., who heads a new bariatric program at Gwinnett Medical Center.
Many surgeons will not treat patients who have been operated on by other doctors so this make take some time and patience.
