GEHA Insurance

Anyone has this Government Insurance and had weight loss surgery?
I would like to get info on how long to it takes to get approved and how much does the insurance pay compared to me paying out of pocket. I was told that I had to do dieting for 6 months and I am now on my 4th month of dieting.

Please help if you have this insurance...
