Just 5 lbs away......

From not being obese and only over weight...!!! Woohoo.... now if they can only expunge my med records so I don't have this pre existing condition....Oh, well I just don't want to ever see "obese" on my med charts again !

We are Macik's patients... we will. I just can't wait to get that "obesity" label off my charts and for my own mind... it's such a motivator to get my BMI into the healthy range...

I never wanted to do this just for my clothes size or just for vanity.... but to be healthy. My blood pressure is 111/70 and I have no other health issues !

But let me tell ya the size 12 jeans are a great feeling....!
